Quality Production Process of Melamine Plates

• The second stage is molding. The material mixture is injected into special molds. Molds create the desired size and shape of the plates. At this stage, coloring and patterning can also be added in accordance with the design and characteristics of the plates.
• The third stage is pressing and heat treatment. After the material is injected into the molds, the pressing process is carried out. This process allows the material to take shape in the mold. The plates are then subjected to a heat treatment process to harden them by heating.
• The final phase is the finishing and control phase. The hardened plates are then removed from the molds and inspected for any residue or need for correction. Finally, the plates go through a quality control process and are checked for conformity. The conformity-checked products are prepared for shipment to final customers.
